Former Pittsburgh Steelers defensive coordinator Dick LeBeau will not be joining the Arizona Cardinals to reunite with Bruce Arians, according to ESPN.
LeBeau opted against moving across the country to be the defensive coordinator or linebacker coach of the Cardinals. Arizona is looking to replace defensive coordinator Todd Bowles, who was named the New York Jets head coach on Jan. 13.
LeBeau resigned as the Steelers' defensive coordinator on January 10 after 11 seasons in Pittsburgh. Arians and LeBeau coached together with the Steelers from 2004-2011.
Arizona is still without a defensive coordinator or a linebacker coach, but Arians said they plan to promote someone from within the organization.
