NATIONAL HARBOR, Md. — Greetings from the banks of the Potomac, the epicenter of the baseball world for the next four days. On the docket: Questions surrounding Jung Ho Kang’s latest DUI, the Pirates’ search for pitching, Andrew McCutchen and more.
We learned this morning, via a report from the Yonhap News Agency, that Kang’s most recent DUI charge, leaving the scene of an accident, was his third DUI charge since 2009. Under Korean law, his license has been revoked and he can’t reacquire it for at least two years.
