Tuesday was a slow day of action around winter ball, so we combined the last two days into one article.
Tuesday was more of a news day than action. Starling Marte had his season ended early by the Pittsburgh Pirates due to a hand injury. Jerrick Suiter joined his winter ball team in Mexico, then didn't get into the lineup either of the last two days. He will likely start playing soon. Jose Osuna's game was rained out and then on Wednesday the Pirates shut him down for the winter. Tony Harris, an international scout for the Pirates, was named the All-Star game manager for Team Australia.
