In the Dominican on Sunday night, Mel Rojas Jr. has apparently gained some respect after three homers in two days. He went 0-for-2 with three walks and a run scored. He had one walk in his first nine games.
Andrew Lambo went 0-for-4 with two strikeouts. He's 3-for-29 through eight games.
Edwin Espinal was used as a ninth inning defensive replacement at first base. He did not get a chance to bat. In six games, he is 3-for-13 with a home run.
Josh Wall threw two scoreless innings, allowing one hit, no walks and he struck out three batters.
