Tyler Glasnow allowed four hits and two runs in three innings. For the second consecutive outing, he did not walk a batter, and he struck out six while facing the Orioles’ starting lineup.
“It’s good early on,” Glasnow said. “Just keep going out, being athletic and attacking the hitter.”
Glasnow struck out Chris Davis, Trey Mancini and Adam Jones on curveballs in the third.
