The Pittsburgh Pirates have reinstated pitcher Tony Watson from the paternity list and pitcher Kyle Lobstein has been optioned to Indianapolis. Watson was out for three days on paternity leave and Lobstein was used once during that time. He pitched on Thursday against Arizona, allowing a single and a walk, while facing two batters. So far this season, Watson has a 2.18 ERA, with 17 strikeouts, a .159 BAA and an 0.97 WHIP in 20.2 innings over 20 appearances....
