Thankfully, it appears that there will be a 2020 MLB season. In this shortened season, the Pittsburgh Pirates need to be focusing on the future.
While the MLBPA and MLB owners could not reach an agreement on the 2020 season, it does appear that, despite the coronavirus pandemic, there will be a season. On Monday evening, MLB released a statement announce their intentions to mandate a 60-game season.
