Report: Haskins was intoxicated at time of death

Dwayne Haskins had a blood alcohol content three times the legal limit at the time of his death in a traffic accident last month in South Florida.

According to the Miami Herald, the toxicology report released by the medical examiner's office there, Haskins, 24, had a blood alcohol content of .24 in both times he was tested. The legal intoxication limit in Florida is .08.

The report also said Haskins had traces of ketamine and norktamine in his system. Both are anesthetics but can also are used as recreational drugs.
