Wilson makes his second AAA start since being optioned. Jones’ ERA makes it look like he’s struggling badly, but his xFIP of 3.90 is more encouraging. He’s being hurt by a very high BABIP of .341 and a somewhat low strand rate of 67.8%. Also, 20.6% of the flyballs he’s allowing are going over the fence, which is probably somewhere around double a normal rate.
