Sometimes you spend five hours of an afternoon watching/following an utterly ridiculous baseball game, and when it ends like, well, that, you just shake your head and wonder “why?”

While that awful/hilarious ending will get all the attention (what else can you say? He fell. It sucks for Polanco – he’ll be all over the blooper reels and such, but he’ll be fine…I’m just glad he didn’t hurt himself), it overshadows the many other crazy things that happened in this game. Let’s try and review:
- That last play was extra weird because it was the exact same situation as the 10th inning, which produced a much better result for the Pirates.
