Last night was a big deal for the sports world, the Korean Baseball Organization officially started their 2020 season. While the Pittsburgh Pirates and the rest of Major League Baseball anxiously wait for the start of their season, the KBO started playing regular-season games without fans. Furthermore, ESPN was able to work out a deal with the KBO to broadcast the games. This not only is giving us meaningful baseball to watch, but there is also intrigue to see some former MLB players.
This is especially true for Pittsburgh Pirates fans. Last night, the Pittsburgh Pirates saw two of their former pitchers make starts in the KBO.
