Transaction Log: April 3 – 10
4/3 – The Pirates placed RHP Jared Hughes, C Elias Diaz, and 3B Jung Ho Kang on the Disabled List retroactive to 3/25.
4/3 – The Pirates optioned 1B Jason Rogers to Indianapolis, he remains on the 40 man roster.
4/3 – The Pirates selected the contracts for OF Matt Joyce, 2B Cole Figueroa, and RP Cory Luebke from Indianapolis and added them to the Active Roster.
