After a somewhat slow Thursday night in winter ball, we got a busy day of action on Friday for members of the Pittsburgh Pirates. We start in Australia, where six Pirates were in the lineup during a 10-8 win.
In Australia, Jase Bowen went 1-for-5 with a two-run homer (see video below). He is hitting .256 with a .661 OPS in 13 games.
Ernny Ordonez went 1-for-5 with his third double. He’s hitting .255 with a .637 OPS in 17 games.
Sammy Siani went 1-for-4 with a single, walk and run scored.
