The Pittsburgh Pirates announced on Friday that they have signed right-handed pitcher Ryan Vogelsong to a one-year contract. Vogelsong had a 4.67 ERA in 135 innings last year for the San Francisco Giants, making 22 starts and 11 relief appearances. More on this shortly....
