Matt Gorski had a big night at the plate on Thursday, going 4-for-4 with a double, a homer, and a stolen base.
The Indianapolis outfielder contributed in a big way to their 10-6 victory. His 20th homer of the year came in the bottom of the second inning, a two run shot with two outs that gave Indianapolis a 4-2 lead. Gorski’s homer traveled 418 feet at 106.9 MPH. He capped off the scoring in the seventh inning with his 22nd double of the season, knocking in two runs to make the score 10-4.
Gorski’s double was his slowest hit ball of the night, at 87.
