Khristian Curtis threw four shutout innings in the Arizona Fall League on Monday.
Curtis allowed a single hit, along with one walk, while striking out two. He retired the first eight batters he saw, before allowing a single. That was followed by a walk, before Curtis got a two out fly out to end the third inning. He returned for a scoreless fourth, striking out his final batter of the game. He threw 47 pitches, with 27 strikes.
Drafted in the 12th round by the Pirates in 2023, Curtis spent the entire 2024 season in Single-A Bradenton, getting work out of the rotation.
