Bubba Chandler carried a perfect game into the sixth inning on Tuesday night. Making his sixth start at the Triple-A level, Chandler struck out ten in six shutout innings.
The right-hander went five perfect frames to start his night, including striking out the side in the second, and adding two more strikeouts in each the fourth and fifth innings. Chandler struck out the first batter of the sixth, and got a fly out, before allowing a single to end his no-hit bid. He walked two in a row, before getting his final strikeout of the game.
