The Pirates have outrighted (sub. req’d) right-hander Dario Agrazal to AAA. They designated Agrazal for assignment a few days ago when they claimed right-hander Aaron Slegers off waivers. The Pirates added Agrazal to their 40-man roster a little over a year ago, but he’s missed chunks of the last two seasons with injuries and saw his velocity drop in 2018 from the mid- to the low-90s. He obviously cleared waivers and should be with either Altoona or Indianapolis in 2019.
