The Pirates announced Friday they are inviting four more non-roster players to spring training.
The team confirmed left-handers Robbie Erlin and Derek Holland both signed minor-league contracts with spring invites, as previously reported by DKPittsburghSports.com. Additionally, they are inviting catcher Andrew Susac and outfielder Charles Tilson, both of whom were once second round draft picks.
Tilson, 27, gives the Pirates a little more depth in center field. He was once ranked as the number seven prospect in the Cardinals' farm system by MLB Pipeline in 2015, but his stock has steadily been decreasing since then.
