Pirates interim GM Graves linked to Giants job

The Pirates may end up needing an interim general manager for their interim general manager.

Ken Rosenthal of The Athletic reported Monday that Kevan Graves has drawn interest from the Giants for their open general manager position.

Graves was named the Pirates' interim general manager on Oct. 28 after the club fired Neal Huntington. That change came the same day the Pirates introduced new team president Travis Williams.

Graves joined the organization in October 2008 as a baseball operations assistant and rose through the ranks of the front office.
