Well, hey, the Pirates play a team today other than themselves. The Bucs will travel to Lakeland, Florida to take on the Tigers in the first official game of Spring Training. Kyle Lobstein, will get the start for the Pirates against his old team. He was purchased back in December, and started 17 games in two season with the Tigers.

A couple notes- none of the Pirates starters in the OF (Starling Marte, Andrew McCutchen, and Gregory Polanco) will start this first Spring game.
