The Penguins will host a six-day rookie camp from Sept. 15-20 at the Lemieux Complex, the Penguins announced on Thursday.
For the first time since 2019, the Penguins' rookies will also participate in the annual Prospects Challenge at the HarborCenter in Buffalo. They'll play in one game in the tournament, a game vs. the Bruins' prospects on Sept. 17 at 3:30 p.m.
A roster and potential streaming information for the game in Buffalo will be announced at a later date.
Rookie camp differs from the development camp the Penguins held earlier this month in that rookie camp will lean more toward players with AHL experience.
