NFL Draft: Free agent additions could keep Steelers out of good ILB class

This is the fourth in a series on the upcoming NFL Draft, which will take place April 28 through 30. Today: Inside Linebackers

The Steelers have been trying to replace Ryan Shazier at inside linebacker for nearly every waking moment they've had since he went down with a career-ending injury in 2017 in Cincinnati.

At 29, Shazier should be in the prime of his career as a game-wrecking inside linebacker. He had already made one Pro Bowl when he suffered a fractured spine in December of 2017 and would make it again that season, despite his injury.
