Tito Polo and Jordan Luplow aren't having great seasons by any means, but they are both excelling in their own specific category of stats. During yesterday's West Virginia Power game, Luplow hit his 33rd double and Polo stole three bases, giving him 39 on the season. With four weeks to go in the season, those two have already surpassed the Pirates' minor league leaders from last year. I'm not sure if that's really exciting since Chris McGuiness was the doubles leader with 31 and Drew Maggi led with 37 steals. Neither of them is still in the organization and they are both having poor seasons elsewhere.
