Picking up where we left off last week. From Tuesday through Friday, we looked at the progress of the top prospects from the 2017 DSL Pirates, GCL Pirates, Bristol Pirates and Morgantown. The latter re-upped their Player Development Contract for two more years. Now it's time to look at the full-season teams, starting with the West Virginia Power.
