Right-handed pitcher Frank Duncan has been promoted to Triple-A Indianapolis. Duncan has pitched mostly out of the bullpen this season with much success, and he made his first start of the season on Sunday in Altoona, allowing one earned run in 5.2 innings pitched. Duncan had been piggy-backing Cody Dickson in long relief out of the bullpen after making his Double-A debut on April 16th. Overall, Duncan has made six total appearances - five in relief and one start - and he has gone 3-1 with a 1.31 ERA. He has struck out 20 batters while only walking six batters.
