On the mound

Joe Musgrove made his final Grapefruit League start. He threw five innings and allowed one run (a homer) on five hits to go with one walk and two strikeouts. He also threw a simulated sixth inning in the bullpen.

“I felt like I was cutting myself off a little bit, my timing and stuff still wasn’t all that great, but other than that I felt the ball was coming out decent,” Musgrove said.
