Jameson Taillon Set To Make Second Rehab Start

Jameson Taillon is continuing his remarkable fight back from testicular cancer. After making a rehab start for Double-A Altoona last Sunday, he will make his second rehab start today. This time, he will be pitching for Triple-A Indianapolis.

The fact Taillon is already pitching in games is remarkable. It took him less than a month to return to the hill after being diagnosed with and treated for testicular cancer.

In his first rehab start, he dominated in 6 innings of work. He allowed just 1 hit, 1 walk, and he struck out 6. He needed just 47 pitches to get through these 3 scoreless innings of work.
