PHILADELPHIA — Josh Harrison and Andrew McCutchen, the slow-starting sluggers who owned sub-.200 batting averages just a week ago, both homered Tuesday night to power the Pirates past the Philadelphia Phillies, 7-2.

In his return to Citizens Bank Park, right-hander A.J. Burnett (2-1) held the Phillies (11-23) to six hits and two runs, one earned, in seven innings. The 38-year-old right-hander lowered his season ERA to 1.60.

Harrison snapped a 1-for-25 skid with a three-run blast in the fourth, and McCutchen capped a four-run seventh with a laser shot over the wall in left-center.
