The Pirates open a four-game series against the Mets without their two hottest hitters and with a very short bench. Nick Kingham will be backed by a less-than-imposing lineup in the 7:05pm start, although surprisingly, it does include Francisco Cervelli. The Mets’ lineup isn’t up yet beyond lefty starter Stephen Matz.
