Game Recap: Nationals 9, Pirates 3.

WIth the excitement of Aramis Ramirez making the start on Saturday, after being trading to the Pirates on Thursday, the Pirates looked to come out buzzing and take their third game in a row at home against the Nationals.

Things would not work out that way tonight, however.

A.J. Burnett labored tonight, and did not have his good stuff. Although he struck out 8 batters in 5 2/3 innings, Burnett didn't have command of his pitches, often missing on location. He would hit two batters in the fourth, which led to the Nationals adding two runs to their 1-0 lead.
