Although it is tough to claim that someone is flying under the radar, when they make the All Star Game, Mark Melancon, has certainly flown under the radar for the Pirates this season thus far, in terms of recognition of what he's accomplished and the importance of his performance leading to where the Pirates sit right now. Don't get me wrong, there have been a lot of great first half performances that have contributed to the Pirates 53-35 record, but Mark the Shark isn't getting the credit that he deserves.
