David Freese's homer lifts Pirates to 5-4 come-from-behind win

Pirates reliever Neftali Feliz made the catch of the night Wednesday when he tracked David Freese’s go-ahead, two-run home run and caught it cleanly as it came crashing down in the Pirates bullpen, far beyond the outfield wall at PNC Park.

Freese’s homer off Arizona Diamondbacks right-hander Rubby De La Rosa capped a four-run fifth inning and completed the Pirates’ comeback in a 5-4 win. It was Freese’s third home run this season, but his first at PNC Park since he hit one off Paul Maholm as a rookie in 2011.

The Pirates had 11 hits. Gregory Polanco stayed hot, going 3 for 4 with an RBI double.
