Cannonballs Coming: Waddell, Brault pitch well; Liz doesn't

-- Indianapolis split a doubleheader with Durham. The Tribe dropped the first game, 6-1, as Radhames Liz couldn't find the strike zone. He walked four, and gave up three hits and three runs, in three innings. Liz fanned two. Adam Miller gave up another three runs before relief ace Wilkin Castillo threw a scoreless 7th. Indy had only three hits. Alen Hanson went 1-3.

Indy took game two as Brad Lincoln threw five shutout innings in a spot start. Lincoln gave up three hits and a walk, and struck out four. (Durham, by the way, is a very weak-hitting team.
