Cannonballs coming: Taillon throws six shutout innings

-- Jameson Taillon had another excellent start, throwing six shutout innings in Indianapolis' (20-19) 4-2 win over Columbus. Taillon gave up five singles, walked none and fanned eight. He threw 60 of 91 pitches for strikes. Somehow, it's hard to believe that he couldn't hold the Braves under six runs. After Taillon walked none over six innings, the bullpen walked five in three innings, but managed to allow only two runs. Josh Bell was 2-3 with a walk and Jacob Stallings (pictured) 2-3 with his first AAA HR. Others:

Adam Frazier: 1-4
Jason Rogers: 0-4
Willy Garcia: 0-3
Gift Ngoepe: 1-2, BB
Trey Haley: 0.
