— J.T. Brubaker (pictured) threw eight strong innings as Indianapolis (62-50) blanked Toledo, 2-0. Brubaker gave up three hits, walked none and fanned six. He threw 96 pitches, 63 for strikes. Michael Feliz got the save, allowing one hit in the ninth. Max Moroff doubled in one run and finished 2-4 with two doubles. Jason Martin, who went 1-4, brought in the other run with his third AAA home run. Kevin Newman was 1-4 and Kevin Kramer 2-4.
