Plenty of rehab news today. Jung-Ho Kang has reported to Pirate City. There’s no word on when he’ll begin playing in games, but Clint Hurdle had this to say:
“The process is to get him as complete as we can within 30 days,” Hurdle said. “That’s being mapped out as we can speak right now. There will be no game activity until we get his arm in shape, his legs in shape, get him swinging, get our people to look at him and evaluate him and then go from there.”
Unfortunately, this is in Hurdlish, so I can’t tell whether it means the Pirates want Kang playing in the majors within 30 days, or just in the minors.
