— Steven Brault (pictured) had another strong start, but Indianapolis (47-37) dropped a 1-0 game to Columbus. Brault threw five shutout innings, but a bout of wildness in the sixth cost him the game. He loaded the bases with two walks and a hit batsman, then gave up a sacrifice fly. He finished with three hits and three walks allowed over six innings, striking out five. He threw 98 pitches, only 57 for strikes, thanks to the one inning. Indy had only five hits, with Phil Gosselin going 2-3. Starling Marte moved his rehab to AAA, going 0-3 as the DH.
