Bucs outlast Dodgers in battle of bullpens

Making his fourth Major League start, Taillon left before recording an out in the fifth inning. He allowed four runs on eight hits and a run-scoring balk in the third inning, throwing 70 pitches before Clint Hurdle -- who won his 1,000th career game as a Major League manager -- called for an early exit. But Taillon managed to outduel Dodgers righty Nick Tepesch, who surrendered five runs on seven hits in four innings.
