Pitching dominated the system in an abbreviated schedule.
Triple-A
24 year old right-hander Dario Agrazal (4-2, 2.74) , likely the next man up when the Pirates need a starter, threw six shutout innings, dropping his Triple-A ERA to 2.17. The six foot two inch, 240 pound Panamanian, in his seventh year in the Pirates’ system, allowed only four hits and two walks while fanning five. Including his four starts earlier in the year with Altoona, Agrazal has issued only seven free passes in 62 1/3 innings.
Montana DuRapau (0.55 ERA in 16 1⁄3 IP) struck out four of the six batter he faced and Dovydas Neverauskas earned the save with a perfect ninth.
