New Jersey claimed defenseman David Warsofsky off waivers from the Penguins today.
Warsofsky, acquired as a free agent last summer, had one goal and no assists in 12 games with the Penguins.
He was sidelined recently by a concussion, and just returned from a conditioning stint with the Penguins' farm team in Wilkes-Barre.
