COLUMBUS, Ohio — Sometimes, a paint-by-numbers picture simply isn’t complete.
Occasionally, it can be flat-out misleading.
But in the case of left winger Tom Sestito, who is attending Penguins training camp on a professional tryout, numbers tell his story very nicely.
His vital statistics — he is listed as 6 feet 5, 228 pounds — say he is built like an enforcer.
Sestito’s on-ice stats — 10 goals, 8 assists and 432 penalty minutes in 137 NHL games — confirm he plays like one, too.
“Obviously, there’s a toughness, an aggressive element to his game,” assistant general manager Bill Guerin said.
