The Penguins were leading 3-0 last night during the second period of Game 1 of the Stanley Cup Final. Jacob Deveral Waddell went for it.
He threw a dead catfish onto the ice.
As a result, he was quickly escorted out of the building. This morning, we found out that he has been charged under the Pennsylvania crime codes.
We all have been guilty of disrupting a meeting at some point in our lives, right?
Anyways, here’s my brief thoughts on this:
- Buying a catfish in Tennessee and taking it to Pennsylvania and strapping it to your body to go to a hockey game is disgusting
- Throwing said catfish on the ice and not expecting to be removed from the building is dumb
- I am reminded of advice my parents gave me when I would travel as a teenager.
