Stanley Cup and Other NHL Trophies Will Be On Display At World Cup Games in Pittsburgh Sept. 14

The Stanley Cup and three other trophies won by the Penguins in 2015-16 will be on display at the World Cup of Hockey pre-tournament doubleheader Wednesday, September 14 at CONSOL Energy Center.

Sidney Crosby leads Team Canada against Evgeni Malkin and Team Russia in the featured game at 7:30 p.m. Team North America, featuring top players under the age of 24 (including the Penguins’ Matt Murray and four Pittsburgh area products) will take on Team Czech Republic in the opening game at 3:30 p.m.

The Stanley Cup, the Prince of Wales Trophy, the Conn Smythe Trophy and the General Manger of the Year trophy will be on display during the competition on the main concourse.
