LAS VEGAS — If there was any justice in this world, Marc-Andre Fleury will some day soon walk out of T-Mobile Arena, head across the street to MGM Grand, pull the lever on a slot machine and win oodles of money.
Let others fret over money; Fleury wants to play, win and be happy. He's hoping to check all of those boxes again in his second NHL city.
The Golden Knights will make official their selection of Fleury at the NHL expansion draft on Wednesday, a source told the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, plucking the Penguins’ longest-tenured player and installing him as the (smiling and giggling) face of their franchise, a role with which Fleury is plenty familiar.
