If you’re not familiar with this process, this likely means the young net-minder will start Game 5 at PPG Paints Arena over Marc-Andre Fleury.
The previous time we had a goalie watch — ahead of Eastern Conference final Game 4 — Murray left the ice before Fleury, and Murray indeed started that night’s game.
So, signs point to Murray getting the call, but as the Post-Gazette’s Jason Mackey tweeted, there’s always a chance coach Mike Sullivan is running a misdirection.
