Sidney Crosby hits 1,100 career points!

Sidney Crosby hits yet another milestone, recording his 1,100th career NHL point tonight against the Philadelphia Flyers with his 3rd point of the evening.

If it seems like these are piling up lately, it’s because they are. Just 13 months ago in February 2017 the Penguins captain got point number 1,000. He was the fastest active player to 1,000 points and now he’s the fastest active player to 1,100 in only his 850th career game.

Here’s Crosby’s 2nd point of the night and career point 1,099 when his shot on goal became an assist when Conor Sheary pokes the rebound home and gave the Pens a 3-2 lead in Philly.
