Dan Bylsma has one lasting memory of his rare shared experiences with Mike Sullivan. It is not a good one.
“Mike and I were roommates for four days, five days at the U.S. Junior camp in Lake Placid in the summertime a few years ago. He snores the leaves right off the trees. The leaves fall down quick.”
Turns out that was the only less-than-flattering thing Bylsma had to say about Sullivan Sunday before his Buffalo Sabres played Sullivan’s Penguins at PPG Paints Arena.
“I’ve got a ton of respect for Mike as a coach. What he did immediately coming in here last year and what he’s continued to do.
