Before embarking to Dallas for tomorrow’s game, the Penguins held a practice in Pittsburgh today. There was news both good and bad on the injury front.
First, the unfortunate - Carter Rowney and Tom Kuhnhackl, both injured in the game against Vegas, were missing from practice. They’re 4th liners so the absence isn’t crippling, though added to 2 other forward injuries in recent days it’s certainly another test of depth.
Now, the good news - one of those other injured players, Conor Sheary, skated before the team again and it went well enough where he joined the regular squad as well for practice.
