After missing the Stanley Cup Playoffs for a second straight season it is pretty obvious the Pittsburgh Penguins have some weaknesses to fill and improvements to make. Finding upgrades is not always easy when it comes to the offseason, especially when it comes to the unrestricted free agent market or finding trades.
One area the Penguins should look to exploit — or try to exploit — is the restricted free agent market and see if there are any players to potentially be had in that market.
I am not necessarily talking about offer sheets, either.
